Tarta helada Princesa

Ingredientes:
♥ 350 g de nata de soja para montar (sin lácteos)
♥ 150 g de chocolate negro sin lácteos
♥ 15 barquillos sin huevos ni lácteos (se pueden sustituir por galletas)
♥ 1 cucharada de leche de soja
♥ 1 cucharadita de margarina vegetal
♥ 1 cucharadita de vainillina
♥ almendras fileteadas para decorar
Derretir 125 g de chocolate negro a fuego lento con la leche de soja y la margarina hasta que quede cremoso (no líquido). En una superficie lisa, extender papel de aluminio y con un pincel de repostería pintar rectángulos de chocolate de 1-2 milímetros (ver imagen nº1) y meter a la nevera 30 minutos.
Montar la nata de soja (ha de estar muy fría) con la vainillina batiendo con una batidora eléctrica de varillas 3-4 minutos.
Como molde hemos utilizado un cartón vacío de leche de soja, que nos ayudará a desmoldarlo fácilmente y a guardarlo (ver imagen nº2).
Poner una capa de nata en el molde. Con mucho cuidado, separar una lámina de chocolate del papel de aluminio y colocar sobre la nata. Cubrir con una capa fina de nata y volver a colocar otra lámina de chocolate. Repetir la operación hasta 4 capas, después colocar los barquillos o galletas, cubrir con nata y seguir con las capas de nata y chocolate hasta acabar con nata. Picar el chocolate restante y espolvorear por encima junto con las almendras. Cerrar el molde y dejar en el congelador al menos 3 horas.
Servir muy frío.

PRINCESS FROZEN CAKE

Ingredients:
♥ 350 g vegan soy whipping cream
♥ 150 g dark chocolate (no milk)
♥ 15 waffers (no eggs or dairy products) or vegan cookies
♥ 1 tablespoon soy milk
♥ 1 teaspoon vegetable margarine
♥ 1 teaspoon vanilla
♥ sliced almonds
Melt 125 g chocolate at slow heat with the soy milk and the vegetable margarine until thick (not liquid). Spread aluminium foil in a table and paint chocolate rectangles with a bakery brush (about 1-2 mm) [see photo nº1]. Leave on fridge 30 minutes.
Make the vegan whipping cream with the vanilla, mixing with a blender 3-4 minutes.
We’ve used an empty soy milk tetra-pack as mold (it will help to unmold and keep) [see photo nº2].
Put a soy whipping cream layer at the bottom of the mold. Carefully, detach a chocolate rectangle and put on. Cover with a thin soy whipping cream layer and repeat operation another 4 times. Make a layer with waffers or cookies, and continue. Finish woth soy whipping cream, mince the rest of the chocolate and sprinkle with the almonds. Close mold and let freeze about 3 hours.
Serve very cold.
