<p>♥ 2 plátanos macho<br />
♥ 300 ml leche de soja o batido de soja con sabor vainilla<br />
♥ 200 g de harina para rebozados, o harina de maíz, o harina de trigo<br />
♥ 1/2 cucharadita de levadura<br />
♥ 200 g de azúcar<br />
♥ aceite de girasol para freir</p>
<p>Pelar los plátanos y cortarlos en rodajas. Colocar en un plato hondo, rociar con la leche de soja y dejar reposar 10 minutos.<br />
En un bol mezclar la harina con la levadura y añadir agua hasta que se forme una masa ligera, más bien líquida. Pasar el plátano por la masa y freir inmediatamente en abundante aceite caliente por ambos lados hasta que se dore. Sacar a papel absorbente y espolvorear con azúcar.<br />
Servir frío.</p>

Ingredients:</p>
<p>♥ 2 green plantains<br />
♥ 300 ml soy milk or vanilla soy milk shake<br />
♥ 200 g coating flour, or corn flour, or wheat flour<br />
♥ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder<br />
♥ 200 g sugar<br />
♥ sunflower oil for frying<br />
♥ 2 tablespoon olive oil</p>
<p>Peel plantains and cut into slices. Put in a soup dish, pour soy milk and let settle for 10 minutes.<br />
Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl, and add water until thick and soft. Coat plantains in the batter and fry in abundant hot oil both sides until lightly brown. Put on a dish with kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar. Serve cold.</p>
