<p>♥ 4 croissants sin huevos ni lácteos<br />
♥ 200 g de garbanzos cocidos<br />
♥ 50 g de lombarda<br />
♥ 50 g de brócoli<br />
♥ 1 cucharada de perejil picado<br />
♥ 2 cucharaditas de curry en polvo<br />
♥ 2 dientes de ajo picados<br />
♥ 1 cucharada de cilantro picado<br />
♥ 1 cucharadita de cebollino picado<br />
♥ 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo<br />
♥ sal<br />
♥ aceite de oliva</p>
<p>Saltear los garbanzos durante 3-4 minutos a fuego medio en una sartén con un poco de aceite, y las especias. Corta en juliana la lombarda y en ramitos el brócoli, agrégalo, remueve bien y añade un poquito de sal. Saltear todo junto durante 3-4 minutos más.<br />
Abrir los croissants por la mitad con un cuchillo con cuidado de no separar ambas mitades y rellenar con los garbanzos.<br />
Servir caliente o templado.</p>

Ingredients:</p>
<p>♥ 4 croissants (egg and dairy free)<br />
♥ 200 g cooked chickpeas<br />
♥ 50 g red cabbage<br />
♥ 50 g broccoli<br />
♥ 1 tablespoon parsley, minced<br />
♥ 2 teaspoon curry (in powder)<br />
♥ 2 garlic cloves, minced<br />
♥ 1 tablespoon coriander, minced<br />
♥ 1 teaspoon scallions, minced<br />
♥ 1 teaspoon cumin (in powder)<br />
♥ salt<br />
♥ olive oil for frying</p>
<p>Sautée chickpeas for 3-4 minutes at medium heat in a frying pan with some olive oil and spices. Cut red cabbage into julienne strips and divide broccoli into bunchs. Sautée all together for 3-4 minutes.<br />
Cut croissants in a half, but be careful to not to separate both sides. Fill croissants with chickpeas.<br />
Serve hot or mild.</p>
