<p>♥ 250 g de cuscús medio<br />
♥ 1 pastilla de caldo de verduras<br />
♥ 2 cucharadas de margarina vegetal<br />
♥ 1 tomate<br />
♥ 1/2 pimiento rojo<br />
♥ 1/2 pimiento verde<br />
♥ 1 zanahoria<br />
♥ 1/2 pepino<br />
♥ 2 cucharaditas de cúrcuma<br />
♥ 1 cucharadita de perejil picado<br />
♥ 1 cucharadita de cilantro picado<br />
♥ una pizca de comino<br />
♥ sal</p>
<p>En una cacerola mediana pon 250 ml de agua, el caldo de verduras y sal y llévalo a ebullición.<br />
Añade el cuscús, la cúrcuma, el comino y la margarina vegetal, remuévelo, deja que hierva un momento y retíralo del fuego. Déjalo reposar 5-10 minutos.<br />
Corta el tomate en dados y pica finos los pimientos, la zanahoria y el pepino.<br />
Esponja el cuscús raspándolo con un tenedor y añade el resto de los ingredientes.</p>
<p>Puedes aderezarlo con sal, pimienta negra y zumo de limón.</p>

Ingredients:</p>
<p>♥ 250 g medium cous-cous<br />
♥ 1 vegetable stock cube<br />
♥ 2 tablespoon vegetable margarine<br />
♥ 1 tomato<br />
♥ 1/2 red pepper<br />
♥ 1/2 green pepper<br />
♥ 1 carrot<br />
♥ 1/2 cucumber<br />
♥ 2 teaspoon turmeric<br />
♥ 1 teaspoon parsley, minced<br />
♥ 1 teaspoon coriander, minced<br />
♥ a pinch of cumin<br />
♥ salt</p>
<p>In a medium saucepan, combine 250ml water, the vegetable stock and salt and bring to boil.<br />
Add in cous-cous, turmeric, cumin and vegetable margarine, stir, return to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes.<br />
Chop tomato into cubes and cut finelly peppers, carrot and cucumber.<br />
Fluff cous-cous with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients.</p>
<p>You can season it adding salt, pepper and lemon juice.</p>
