Ingredientes:</p>
<p>♥ 300 g de arroz arborio o similar para risotto<br />
♥ 1 cebolla<br />
♥ 1 patata<br />
♥ 2 zanahorias<br />
♥ 100 g de judías verdes<br />
♥ 50 g de guisantes<br />
♥ 200 g de tomates cherry<br />
♥ 50 g de margarina 100% vegetal<br />
♥ 1 pastilla de caldo de verduras<br />
♥ 2 dientes de ajo<br />
♥ perejil<br />
♥ pimienta negra<br />
♥ sal</p>
<p>Lavar las verduras. Machacar el ajo y cortar el resto de las verduras en trocitos. En una sartén honda, derretir la margarina y sofreir las verduras. Agregar el arroz, las especias y la sal y remover bien. Poner a fuego medio y agregar 1,5 litros de agua y la pastilla de caldo de verduras. Dejar cocer 15 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando. Retirar del fuego y servir en platos de barro para que conserve el calor.</p>

<p>♥ 300 g arborio rice, or other risotto rice<br />
♥ 1 onion<br />
♥ 1 potato<br />
♥ 2 carrots<br />
♥ 200 g cherry tomatoes<br />
♥ 100 g green beans<br />
♥ 50 g peas<br />
♥ 50 g vegetable margarine<br />
♥ 1 cube vegetable broth<br />
♥ 2 garlic cloves<br />
♥ parsley<br />
♥ black pepper<br />
♥ salt</p>
<p>Wash vegetables. Smash the garlic and chop into cubes the rest of the vegetables. Melt vegetable margarine in a large frying pan and stir-fry the veggies. Add rice, spices and salt and stir well. Put at medium heat and add 1,5 l water and the vegetable broth. Cook 15 minutes stirring ocasionally. Remove from heat and serve into mud dishes to preserve it hot.</p>
