<p>♥ 350 g de tofu duro<br />
♥ 250 g de brócoli<br />
♥ 500 g de setas chinas variadas (shiitake, enoki, setas de ostra, hongos chinos, etc)<br />
♥ 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br />
♥ 50 ml de salsa de soja<br />
♥ 1 diente de ajo picado<br />
♥ 1/2 cebolla<br />
♥ 1 cucharada de maicena<br />
♥ sal</p>
<p>Cortar las verduras en trozos, y el tofu en dados de unos 2 cm de lado. En una sartén honda saltear el brócoli con el ajo, la cebolla y el aceite. Agregar las setas chinas, remover bien y agregar el tofu. Saltear unos minutos. Disolver la maicena en una taza de agua. Añadir al salteado la salsa de soja y el agua con la maicena. Salar al gusto y dejar cocer 10 minutos a fuego lento. Servir caliente.</p>

Ingredients:</p>
<p>♥ 350 g firm tofu<br />
♥ 250 g broccoli<br />
♥ 500 g chinese mushrooms (shiitake, enoki, oyster, chinese fungus, etc)<br />
♥ 4 tablespoon olive oil<br />
♥ 50 ml soy sauce<br />
♥ 1 garlic clove, minced<br />
♥ 1/2 onion<br />
♥ 1 tablespoon cornstarch<br />
♥ salt</p>
<p>Chop vegetables and cut tofu into cubes of about 2 cm. Sautée broccoli, garlic and onion with olive oil, in a deep frying pan. Add the chinese mushrooms, stir well and add the tofu. Sautée some minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in a cup of water. Add the soy sauce and cornstarch to the veggies, add salt and cook 10 minutes at low heat. Serve hot.<br />

<p>♥ 20 láminas de pasta para rollitos de primavera<br />
♥ 100 g de col china<br />
♥ 50 g de brócoli<br />
♥ 1 zanahoria<br />
♥ 50 g de puerro<br />
♥ 5 setas shiitake<br />
♥ 50 g de seitán<br />
♥ sal<br />
♥ aceite de oliva para freir</p>
<p>Cortar todos los ingredientes muy finos y mezclarlos con un poco de sal. Extender una lámina de pasta para rollitos de primavera, poner un poco de verduras en la parte inferior e ir enrollando poco a poco. Cerrar humedeciendo los bordes con un poco de agua.<br />
Freir los rollitos en abundante aceite a fuego medio-alto hasta que estén dorados.<br />
Servir caliente.</p>
<p><strong>Sugerencia</strong>: se pueden servir acompañados de salsa agridulce, salsa veganesa (mayonesa sin huevo hecha con leche de soja), salsa de tomate, salsa de soja, etc.</p>

♥ 100 g chinese kale<br />
♥ 50 g broccoli<br />
♥ 2 carrot<br />
♥ 50 g leek<br />
♥ 5 shiitake mushrooms<br />
♥ 50 g seitan<br />
♥ salt<br />
♥ olive oil</p>
<p>Chop finelly all ingredients and mix them with some salt. Spread one spring roll wapper, put some veggies and roll the mix up. Use water to seal borders.<br />
Fry the rolls in a pan with abundant oil at medium-hig heat until lightly brown.<br />
Serve hot.</p>
<p><strong>Suggestion</strong>: you can serve it with sweet and sour sauce, veganaise (vegan mayonaise made with soy milk), tomato sauce, soy sauce, etc.</p>
