<p>♥ 200 g de arroz arborio<br />
♥ 1/2 calabacín<br />
♥ 1 cucharada de margarina vegetal<br />
♥ 1/2 pastilla de caldo de verduras<br />
♥ 100 ml de champán<br />
♥ 1 cucharadita de perejil<br />
♥ sal</p>
<p>Precalentar el horno a 180ºC.<br />
En una sartén deshacer la margarina y saltear el arroz. Agregar un poco de sal y el champán y remover. Cuando haya absorbido todo el champán, verter 500 ml de agua, el perejil y el caldo de verduras y dejar cocer a fuego medio de 12 a 15 minutos o hasta que el arroz esté hecho.<br />
Lavar el calabacín y cortar en tiras finas. Colocar cubriendo un molde para horno.<br />
Sacar el arroz y poner en el molde, compactando con una cuchara de madera. Cocer al horno 10 minutos.<br />
Desmoldar con cuidado y servir caliente.</p>

Ingredients:</p>
<p>♥ 200 g arborio rice<br />
♥ 1/2 zucchini<br />
♥ 1 tablespoon vegetable margarine<br />
♥ 1/2 cube vegetable stock<br />
♥ 100 ml champagne<br />
♥ 1 teaspoon parsley<br />
♥ salt</p>
<p>Preheat oven at 180ºC.<br />
Melt margarine in a frying pan and sautée rice. Add salt and champagne and stir until dry. Add 500 ml of water, parsley and vegetable stock and cook 12-15 minutes at medium heat.<br />
Wash zucchini and cut into thin slices. Put it covering an oven mold.<br />
Add the rice and press with a spoon. Bake in an oven for 10 minutes.<br />
Remove carefully from the mold and serve hot.</p>
